Because at the time, I peeked at that opening and I couldn't go further. I'm sure there was some clever point about cause and effect in the story, but Capaldi -- they can make an entire episode without him and I wouldn't see the difference. There's no Doctor Who in Doctor Who any more. Just some asshole who barely registers on the screen. God have mercy on us. Have him regenerate at the end. Into Michelle Gomez!
